Returns and Exchanges Policy
We do not accept refunds as each item is made to order. However, you can exchange an item for a different size or receive store credit within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused. Please note that any applicable shipping or customs fees incurred by Deviant by Loho will be deducted from the exchange or store credit value.

In the unlikely event of a product fault, you can return the item for repair or request a full refund. We will cover the cost of shipping for faulty products.

Pre-orders
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that full payment is required upfront and that pre-order items, being made to order, cannot be refunded or canceled during the production stage.

International Customs & Duties
We now cover all standard customs duties and fees for shipments to Europe, Australia, and the USA. If any additional costs apply beyond the standard charges, customers will be responsible for covering them. However, we’re happy to reimburse these additional expenses with store credit.

Shipping
Once a package has been confirmed as delivered, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.
Please double-check that your delivery address is accurate and secure. deviantbyloho is not liable for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Any items marked undeliverable due to address issues will be resent upon return, with a re-shipping fee applied if necessary.
